Plant Round-Trip Efficiency
The calculator estimates the full "plant" round-trip efficiency (RTE) at the point of interconnection. Some values are pre-blocked depending on information on a particular ESS. The rows that are marked "each way" are one-way efficiencies; they are applied on charge and again on discharge. We then square them. To enter a bundled PCS efficiency value, use its rated-power value, not peak. If the PCS skid already includes the LV/MV transformer, set Transformer LV/MV to 100 % so those losses are not counted twice.
Site Space Required
Shared: one 3 m aisle serves both neighbours. Dedicated: each unit keeps its own 3 m, so gaps double to 6 m.
Single unit — matches the stored area_sqm convention.
