Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
Users must not access, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service using automated tools, scripts, bots, or similar technology without prior written approval from the operator. Systematic downloading, copying, reproducing, or distributing of directory listings or compilations is prohibited. Users may not create derivative databases or services based on the service’s content, or frame, mirror, or replicate any part of the service without prior written approval. The operator may suspend or terminate a user's access to the service for any reason, including but not limited to prohibited use, without prior notice and without liability.
Data Collection & Use
The service may collect email addresses (exclusive of personal details) if users provide them. Data processing for these email addresses is based on the legal grounds for processing set out in the relevant laws: (a) Technical requirement: Processing is necessary for the performance of an online service between the user and the operator, including processing necessary to perform operations related to the directory. (b) Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for the purposes of interests that users would reasonably expect from a business-to-business directory service, such as keeping the directory up to date, making sure users have access to the service, or notifying users of modifications or updates to the service. (c) Consent: Processing for direct marketing or related purposes that require consent under applicable law. Users can opt out at any time by contacting the operator. Opt-out will not affect previous processing. User email addresses may be provided to third-party service providers that have a legitimate interest in accessing this data for purposes related to operating a business-to-business directory.
User Content, Accuracy & Indemnification
Some of the content displayed through the service may not have been created by the operator. The operator attempts to verify the accuracy of all content displayed on the service, but cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Users submitting content warrant that they have the right to do so, that the content does not infringe any third-party rights, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, or misleading. Users commit to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the operator, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from any of the following: (a) content submitted by the user; (b) the user's use or misuse of the service; or (c) any breach by the user of these terms.
Data Storage & Security
User data may be stored on third-party servers using standard industry security protocols such as encryption. The operator does not guarantee complete data security, and users acknowledge the risks of electronic information transmission. Only essential cookies are used on this service that ensure its functionality. No behavioral tracking or advertising cookies are used without explicit consent from users.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The operator makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or performance of this service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including for loss of data or profits) arising from or related to the use or inability to use this service.
Amendments
The operator may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. The last amendment date will be shown at the top of the document.
Data Subject Rights
Subject to compliance with applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, transfer of, restriction of, deletion of, or objection to the processing of their personal data (if any). The operator will attempt to respond to such requests within a reasonable time. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular response from the operator, and the operator reserves its right to deny requests to the extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
The operator is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, electrical or network failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures. Obligations will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Accuracy
Some data available through the service is provided by users or compiled from public sources. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Users provide information at their own risk and will not hold the operator responsible for any resulting consequences. Intellectual property rights in source materials remain with their respective owners.
